Gnocchi

I LEARNED HOW TO MAKE GNOCCHI!!!! Well actually, Panah did most of it.  He taught me how to make it. But I mashed the potatoes and rolled out the dough.  Twice.  Let me explain.  We spent about an hour and a half rolling out the gnocchi and cutting them into little gnocchi nuggets.  Then we placed them all in a bowl and went about our afternoon.  Little did we know that if we left them on top of each other, they would just mush back together into a huge ball of dough.  Well. Now we know. So after re-making all of the gnocchi a second time, we got to eat it!  It wasn't bad at all!  Jealous?

HO IMPARATO A FARE GNOCCHI!!!! In verità, Panah ha fatto quasi tutto.  Mi ha insegnato a farlo.  Ma ho fatto le patate e la pasta.  Due volte.  Vi spiego.  Ci è voluta un'ora e mezza per fare gli gnocchi.  Dopo li abbiamo messo dentro una scodella e non ci abbiamo pensato più.  Non sapevamo se li mettessimo insieme così, diventerebbero una palla di pasta.  Adesso, lo sappiamo.  Dopo aver rifatto gli gnocchi per la seconda volta, li abbiamo finalmente mangiati!  Non sono stati mica male!  Gelosi?
