Ciao Water Bottle

Today is a sad night.  I wanted cold water earlier today so I put my water bottle in the freezer.  Because I have the memory of a goldfish, I left it in there for about 10 hours and came home to a sad scene. It had cracked entirely down the middle.  This is metal we are taking about.  How does this happen?  I had this water bottle for years.  Doesn't mankind control everything now?  Shouldn't my water bottle be stronger than the forces of the universe?  I guess mother nature got me on this one.  Ice 1 - Ellen 0. 


Oggi è un giorno triste.  Volevo l'acqua fredda così ho messo la mia bottiglia d'acqua nel congelatore.  Perchè ho la memoria come uno pesce rosso, ho lasciato là per quasi 10 ore e sono ritornata a una scena triste.  Si è rotto nel centro della bottiglia.  Diciamo del metallo.  Come successo questo? Avevo quella bottglia per tanti anni. Pensavo che l'uomo controllo tutto adesso. La mia bottiglia d'acqua dovrebbe essere più forte delle forze d'universo, no? Penso che Madre nature ha vinto questa volta. Ghiaccio 1 - Ellen 0.
