Capri

We started our trip to Capri the way anyone should. With a spritz in hand.  I mean, come on, we were on vacation.  Nothing like a little booze cruise to start the afternoon off right!  I have always wanted to go to Capri because I have always heard how amazing it was.  So as soon as we got off the boat to take us to the island, we got on another one right away to see the entire island and the Blue Grotto.  Let me just say one thing, I have never seen any water that color before.  The pictures don't do it any justice which is a shame, but it was unbelievable.  We didn't have much time to explore the actual towns on the island because we slept in and had to catch the last boat back to the mainland but we did catch a quick nap on the beach before we left. Spritz, boating and a little nap-ski-poo? Good day.

Abbiamo cominciato la nostra gita a Capri con uno spritz in mano.  Dai, eravamo in vacanza. Cosa c'è di meglio che cominciare con una piccola sbornia il pomeriggio?  Avrei sempre voluto visitare Capri. Appena scese dalla barca, ne abbiamo subito presa un'altra per vedere l'isola dal mare e la grotta azzurra.  Devo dire una cosa, non ho mai visto un colore così.  Le foto non rendono l'idea. È un peccato perché era bellissima. Non abbiamo avuto tanto tempo per vedere i paesi dell'isola, perché abbiamo dovuto riprendere la barca per ritornare a Sorrento.  Ma abbiamo avuto tempo di fare un piccolo pisolino in spiaggia prima di ripartire.  Spritz, barche e un pisolino? Bella giornata.
